In this section of the Help Center you will find useful information and resources that you can access at any time throughout the duration of the program. Visit the SRC often to find new resources and stay informed about the updates to the existing ones.
If you have any questions about the resources provided, or cannot locate what you are looking for, submit your query to the Student Support Team. To open a ticket, click on the cyan colored icon located in the bottom right corner of your online learning platform or from any page within the Help Center. Provide your full name, course information, and any relevant details in your ticket for the team to review.
Student Support is only available through the Help Center by submitting a ticket. The team is not available by phone. The WQU phone number will not reach a member of the team and is intended to provide students who need to ship transcripts with a phone number that many shipping agencies require.
