Yes. Group collaboration is an integral part of the MScFE student experience at WQU. In addition to the specific financial engineering tools and skills taught in each of the MScFE courses, WQU aims to equip students with durable professional business skills needed to excel in today’s highly collaborative, fast-paced, professional environments. To achieve this goal, you will complete group work projects in groups of 3 members in each of your courses. The group formations are auto-generated on Day 9* of each course. Group work projects are a great opportunity for you to meet and collaborate with colleagues from all over the world and to build a global network.
*Exceptions include the Financial Markets course in which the group formations will take place on Day 21 and Capstone in which group formations are self-selected and confirmed within the first 2 days of the course start.
