You will be automatically assigned to a group and receive an email once your group has been created in our system. You can get in touch with your group by using the "reply all" function and responding to that email.
Additionally, there is a dedicated Group Discussion forum for you to communicate in-platform with your assigned group members. It is located at the top of the left navigation pane of each course.

If you do not receive an automated email about group assignment, check your spam or junk folder. As a further step, refer to the Group Discussion forum or reach out via the course's Help Center. Make sure to reach out to your peers as soon as possible to introduce yourself and decide on a preferred communication method, early communication is key to a successful collaboration. If group members are unresponsive, document your communication attempts and follow the procedures in the Help Center to address such issues.
