Students accused of violating the Academic Integrity Policy and/or the Student Code of Conduct who receive formal violations, are notified via email by either the Director of Admissions and Student Success or the Academic Dean. Those students are provided instructions to enable them to appeal the determination within 10 days. When submitting an appeal you must submit supporting evidence that the alleged violation has not occurred.
The Academic Dean or Director will review the appeal and documentation in consultation with faculty members and make a final decision within ten (10) business days.
