For academic queries related to course content and quizzes, take a moment to email an instructor for the course directly regarding this question. You may find the instructor emails on the course landing page (by clicking on the name of the course at the top of the left-side navigation menu). For general questions and ungraded assignments, Instructors are active in each of the course forums and you may contact the instructional team using the Forums.
Labs:
The Lab was designed as a self-paced offering, but you are not in this alone. If you need academic support, we recommend that you take advantage of the forum and engage in discussions with your peers from across the globe. For any questions about errors with the grader, running of cells in the Virtual Machine, or with the Lab content, we suggest you contact the Teaching Assistants via the project forum or attend the next session of office hours where you can get help over Zoom.
You may choose to attend any session regardless of the project number you are working on. Each Teaching Assistant is well versed in the content and they will be able to assist you with content related questions. All office hours are displayed on your calendar in your local time zone.
