Teaching Assistants can assist not only with grader errors or running cells in the Virtual Machine but also with issues like clarification on Lab instructions, content or guidance on project-specific challenges. You can contact them either in the forums or via a session of live office hours hosted on Zoom each week. All office hours are displayed on your calendar in your local time zone. Each Teaching Assistant is well versed in the content and they will be able to assist you with content related questions.

The Lab's self-paced structure ensures that you can take charge of your learning journey. With no hard deadlines to adhere to, you can progress through projects at your own speed, accommodating various personal and professional commitments.

While flexibility is a core component of Labs, it's important to remain engaged to avoid inactivity penalties. If your account experiences 90 consecutive days of inactivity, it will be marked as Inactive, but you can easily reactivate it by completing any new task. However, accounts exceeding 120 days of inactivity will be withdrawn from the Lab, so consider setting personal reminders to stay active.

If you want to exchange ideas and experiences with your peers from across the globe, we highly encourage you to take advantage of the forum, which you can access via the Project overview section inside the learning platform.

For project-specific questions, consider categorizing and clearly describing your issue in the forum, which helps Teaching Assistants and peers respond more effectively.
