How Many Programs Can I Enroll in?

Students may be actively enrolled in one Graduate Program at a time, but once you have successfully completed one, you may apply to another.

Labs are self-paced and can be taken in combination with other Labs or along side a Graduate Program.

​*While simultaneous enrollment is permitted as outlined above, it is advisable to carefully consider your time availability and workload before enrolling in multiple programs.

What materials will I need for my studies?

  • (Required) High-speed internet connection in order to participate in the online courses. You can access the content from any web-enabled computer. There are no necessary plug-ins. You do not have to use the same computer to log into the platform every time. Tablets and phones will not be sufficient to complete WQU programs.

  • (Recommended) Word-processing program (Microsoft Word is best)

  • (Recommended) Latest version of an Internet web browser (Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc).

Will I be able to work for WorldQuant, LLC or its affiliates?

Other than that which is incidental, WorldQuant, LLC and its affiliates cannot derive any private benefit from WQU. In accordance with representations made to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, WorldQuant, LLC and its affiliates cannot pursue any WQU students or graduates for any employment, consulting engagement or other similar opportunity until at least 12 months after the earlier to occur of (x) the student's last day as an enrolled student at WQU and (y) the student's graduation date from WQU.

If you are a current WQU student seeking employment at WorldQuant, LLC or any affiliates:

Students enrolled in one of our programs cannot pursue employment at WorldQuant, LLC or any affiliated companies for at least 12 months from program completion or withdrawal.

If you are a current employee at at WorldQuant, LLC or any affiliates and wish to become a student:

WorldQuant University does not prohibit your application or enrollment in our programs. However, you should speak directly to your Human Resources representative at your place of work to ensure your employer approves.

My country of citizenship is not listed in the application form.
Can I apply?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if your country is not listed in our application form. WorldQuant University is accredited in the United States and must follow US State Department regulations regarding sanctioned nations and regions. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer our programs to nationals of the following countries/regions: Crimean Peninsula, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
