The WQU Student Support AI Assistant (“AI Assistant”) is an automated tool designed to assist with general student support inquiries. It provides responses based on WorldQuant University’s official knowledge base, including publicly available help resources and internally maintained support materials. The AI Assistant is intended as a first point of contact and does not replace human staff.
2. Scope of Support
The AI Assistant can assist with questions about programs, admissions, courses, and student services. It does not provide academic advising, make decisions, or handle complaints, grievances, or accommodation requests. These matters are managed by university staff.

While we strive to provide accurate information through the AI Assistant, we cannot guarantee that responses will always be accurate, complete, or up to date. The AI Assistant may, at times, provide information that is inaccurate or incomplete.

WorldQuant University assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by the AI Assistant. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the University is not liable for any actions taken or losses or damages incurred as a result of reliance on AI Assistant responses.

You may request to speak with a member of the Student Support team at any time.
Certain inquiries, including those related to academic performance, disability accommodations, complaints, or other sensitive matters, will be escalated to university staff to ensure appropriate handling.

When using the AI Assistant, the University may process limited personal data, including your name, email address, student ID, and chat interactions, for the purpose of providing support and improving services.
Chat interactions may be recorded and reviewed for quality and support purposes.
You should not upload or share sensitive personal information through the AI Assistant, including but not limited to financial information, health information, or other highly confidential data.

The AI Assistant is supported by trusted third-party service providers that process data on behalf of the University in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
