To complete and submit your enrollment agreement:
Navigate to My Courses > Continue Application > complete the steps and the "User Agreement" > Submit. When submitting the agreement, if the submit button is grayed out, make sure your Student Name listed on the agreement is an exact match to the signature.

The enrollment agreement is accessible on your profile under the top right drop-down menu by clicking "Settings & Profile" then "Agreements"
Your Student ID Number is included within this letter
