Users are occasionally prevented from accessing the WQU Learning Platform as a result of a "Failed to Fetch" error.
Most often, the "Failed to fetch" message is displayed when a user's internet connection is unstable or blocked for some reason. This could be due to a firewall or an outage in your geographic area.

βBefore contacting Support, be sure to check the list below to see if the error may result from issues with your connection.
If you do contact Support, this information will be required for Support to help you to troubleshoot the issue:
Is your internet connection stable (wi-fi or local network)?
Are you joining from a network or device that might have a firewall
If so, can you temporarily disable the firewall and try again?
Are you able to join from another location?
Are you using a VPN?
If not, do you have access to a VPN to try to connect with?
What is your internet service provider (ISP)?
Have there been outages in your area or disruptions to internet services?
Any additional information and context you can provide to the Support team would be helpful as we they to isolate and resolve your issue.
Due to the fact that "Failed to Fetch" errors are often the result of connectivity and are not caused by or specifically related to the WQU systems and platform, it may or may not be possible for WQU to resolve issues of this type and you may need to troubleshoot your local network or contact your internet provider.
